About

Oops. Just realised I’d not edited this…

I’m Jem. I have POTS & EDS. This is my blog on how I am handling these and all their symptoms. I fight depression and anxiety on a daily basis but am trying to get through this with whatever help I can get & by providing love, care & understanding to anyone who may need help.
